Customer Service Desk
Located on the Ground Floor near The Sunglass Hut, the desk offers services such as gift voucher sales, lost property, free wheelchair and stroller hire, free taxi phone service and general directions to assist in locating stores within the Centre.
Gift Cards
Don't know what to get? Grab a gift card. A Bayside Shopping Centre gift card can be an ideal gift as a bonus, incentive, office award or to celebrate a special ocassion. Gift cards can be used in over 180 speciality stores throughout the Centre, including Toys R Us, Rebel Sport, Lincraft, AMC Frankston 12 and Strike Bowling Bar. They can be purchased using cash, Visa, Eftpos or Mastercard in a variety of denominations from the Customer Service Desk which is located on the ground level. In addition to the conditions of use stated on the reverse side of a gift voucher, please be advised that Bayside Shopping Centre gift cards are no longer accepted at Myer, Coles, Coles Liquorland, Target, Kmart, 1st Choice Liquor, Safeway, Safeway Liquor and Tandy. Bayside gift cards are, however, still available at over 180 stores.
Parents Room
The six Parents Rooms at Bayside Shopping Centre not only meet the health and safety standards, they have all been given five star ratings for their extra comfort and additional facilities. Bayside Shopping Centre has been awarded the coveted Baby's Care Room Award by the Australian Breastfeeding Association. A Parents Room can be found on each level within the Centre.
Parking
Bayside Shopping Centre offers the convenience of two multi-level car parks with the majority of the 3600 spaces under cover. This superior facility offers customers a well lit parking facility with closed circuit video recording and a staff presence throughout the car park to assist customers and to provide a safer environment. Our parking system is designed to grant our customers easier access to every area within the Centre, putting you within metres of our major retailers such as Myer, Coles, Target, Kmart and Safeway. Also available are an additional 400 undercover parking spaces at Bayside Entertainment, with convenient access to cinemas, bowling, amusement arcades and restaurants.

All car parks charge as normal on public holidays including the Early Bird.
Evelyn st, Bayside North, Young st and Park Lane carparks are open 24/7 with a rate of $5.00 all day or $1.20 per hour for up to 4 hours.
All day payment can be made prior to 9am for early starters.
60 Plus Club
For those of us over the age of 60, Bayside Shopping Centre has the 60 Plus Club. The 60 Plus Club offers members discounts at several shops in the Centre when the club membership card is presented. New members can sign up at the Customer Service Desk located on the ground floor or at the Centre Management Office.
Casual Mall Leasing Opportunities
Bayside Shopping Centre has promotional leasing sites available in prime areas of the mall. The benefits of casual leasing include:
* Increasing awareness of your business in other trade areas.
